Perak Communications & Multimedia Committee Hari Raya Open House

The Aidilfitri celebration hosted by the Perak Communications & Multimedia Committee was like a potluck party, with mouth-watering goodies contributed by various organisations, namely Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM), Perak Information Department, BERNAMA (The Malaysian National News Agency), Perak FM, Registrar of Societies (ROS), Telekom Malaysia and Digital Perak, a non-governmental organisation.

Among the invitees were staff of the above partners, those from various government departments, players in the tourism industry, as well as friends from the media.

Committee Chairman YB Hasnul Zulkarnain Abd Munaim, as host of the function, gamely went on stage to belt out some classic Malay songs to the delight of guests.

Have a look at some photos of the get-together. Sometimes, it’s just great to makan-makan among friends, without having to discuss and think about world issues. From ayam masak merah to satay, laksa, nasi impit, cucur and many more, it was a pleasure to savour on traditional Malay delicacies.
