A Thoughtful Take on Berbuka Puasa

Rather than focusing solely on abundance, Sajian Seribu Rasa is built around the idea of togetherness. The layout, menu flow and cooking stations are designed to reflect the way Ramadan meals are meant to be enjoyed: slowly, communally and with variety.

Live Cooking Stations as the Main Attraction

One of the defining features of this year’s buffet is its emphasis on live preparation. Action stalls allow guests to watch yummy food being cooked on the spot, adding both freshness and visual appeal to the dining experience.

Among the highlights is a whole beef leg, marinated with herbs and grilled over embers before being carved to order. The spread also includes cheese-finished tandoori chicken prepared live, as well as pasta tossed directly inside a giant Parmesan cheese wheel, a station that consistently draws a crowd.

Bazaar-Style Local Comforts

Drawing inspiration from traditional Ramadan bazaars, the buffet features themed pondoks and warungs that showcase different cooking styles and comfort favourites.

Guests can move between stalls offering spiced fried chicken, grilled meats and seafood served with a selection of sambals, as well as classic Malay dishes such as satay, gulai kawah and assorted fried snacks. The experience feels familiar and festive, echoing the atmosphere of a night market while remaining comfortably indoors.

Something for Every Taste

The specially curated buffet begins with a wide range of starters, including ulam-ulaman, kerabu variations, sambals and traditional accompaniments. These lead into an extensive selection of main courses featuring poultry, seafood and meat dishes prepared in local and regional styles.

Dessert options balance traditional and modern tastes, with classic kuih sitting alongside international sweets, chilled desserts and a chocolate fountain. Additional offerings such as sushi, assorted soups and a rotating selection of hot and cold beverages ensure the spread remains well-rounded.
