What is the Body Mind Connection and what is the science behind it? How can it benefit you on a daily basis and how on earth do we obtain it? What happens if we choose to ignore it? The coaches will share some tips to improve your mental health by paying attention to your body and they will do a few somatic activities that you can learn and start doing on your own.
