Experiencing a lot of mental chatter? Take a break during the week, and join them for a mindfulness meditation on Zoom every Wednesday.

Mindfulness Meditation: Wednesday Pause

The intention is to cultivate calmness, inner peace and resilience. Mindfulness is about present moment awareness with equanimity, curiosity and a beginner’s mind.

These sessions are secular and draw on the principles of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Approved by the National Health Service (NHS) England as a primary care treatment, MBCT is also useful to the general population in learning to do self-care.

Facilitator: Noelle Lim, Founder, Kindermind

Noelle was trained at Oxford Mindfulness Centre, Oxford University to teach Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to adults, and has completed the .b training at UK’s Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) to teach 11 – 18 year olds. She is a presenter at BFM 89.9 the business radio station in Kuala Lumpur, and also an Eisenhower Fellow.
