This is the first time Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) is bringing MSAM to Ipoh, Perak, since its launch 12 years ago.

Despite the size of the state of Perak, investment from the people of Perak stands at number six in Malaysia. Will bringing this investment week to Perak boost our investments in Amanah Saham unit trusts?

The Prime Minister of Malaysia, YAB Dato Seri DiRaja Mohd Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak, took a trip to Ipoh to launch this event at the “Kompleks Sukan Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh”. If you are uncertain where this is, it’s actually Stadium Indera Mulia and the surrounding parking area.

Obviously, as an event blogger based in Ipoh, I couldn’t miss this event. I managed to get some photos of the Prime Minister but not his autograph, unfortunately. Security was very tight and the crowd was huge.
