Ipoh To Singapore By Train (KTM)

I have not been to Singapore by train before because I find the express bus a lot more convenient and comfortable. I guess, the train is an alternative I should try out unless I feel generous enough to splurge on air fare via Firefly.

KTM Ipoh Railway Station — Stesen Keretapi Tanah Melayu Ipoh

Let me share with you the KTM train schedule for Ipoh – Woodlands – Ipoh route, and the fare. Mind you, this is by the ordinary KTM train, and not the newer electric train.

Depart from Ipoh: 11.21 am
Arrive at Woodlands via Johor: 8.25pm

Depart from Woodlands: 8.45am
Arrive at Ipoh: 5.58pm

Adult:
RM100 one way (1st Class)
RM48 one way (2nd Class)

Child (4 – 11 years old):
RM54 one way (1st Class)
RM28 one way (2nd Class)
