Bayou Lagoon Park Resort, Melaka
The Bayou Lagoon Park Resort, located in the tourist belt of Ayer Keroh in Malacca, offers a choice of 80 Studio apartments, 111 units of 2-bedroom apartments and 66 units of 3-bedroom apartments. There are also 6 units of luxuriously appointed penthouses.
Currently, Bayou Lagoon Park Resort is possibly the most impressive of landmarks in this area, and they are still not entirely completed yet. Besides spacious guestrooms, the resort also has an exclusive water park, convention centre and retail centre.
During our visit there, my friends and I were most interested in trying out the Tricker Ride. The fee is RM10 for ten minutes. It does look pretty simple to ride this vehicle, but it is quite tricky to manoeuvre it, and by the time one gets the hang of it, the ten-minute session is soon passed!

Complimentary entrance to the theme park (in the form of wristband):
Studio room – 2 bands
2-bedroom – 4 bands
3-bedroom – 6 bands
Extra person (4 years old & above) – RM10 each
*Only in-house guests are allowed to the water theme park. Guests are required to wear wristbands at all times. Missing wristbands are chargeable.
