3rd Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2011
The 3rd Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2011 that is concluding today is not only a showcase of gigantic balloons in the sky from around the world. Many other competitions and exhibitions have been lined up as well, with great prizes to be won, including hot air balloon flying tickets!
The 3rd Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2011, which carries the theme “1World, 1Malaysia, 1Fiesta” actually kicked off on 17th March and from what I read in the papers, the crowd is smaller this year. I guess the wet weather wasn’t very conducive for an outdoor event like this. I hope to be able to catch a ride on a hot air balloon next year. Hopefully, the queue won’t be as long!

I visited the event on the last day but it rained by the time I got there.
The weather that weekend was really not conducive for such an event.
I went there 3 yrs ago.. and I swear I nvr go again.. wasting time
Must go at the right time otherwise lots of waiting. Moreover, no parking!
