Break Fast with Iftar Buffet Sajian Madani @ MÙnch, MÙ Hotel Ipoh
With three extensive Iftar buffet menus served on a daily rotational basis, breaking fast at MÙnch @ MÙ Hotel Ipoh is an interesting culinary experience. Each menu comprises more than sixty items, spread across eleven stations, plus five live-action stalls.
With the theme “Sajian Madani”, guests get to break fast over various delicious dishes amidst a comfortable environment.
As the main courses change daily, diners get to enjoy different dishes even if they were to buka puasa, here at MÙnch, on consecutive evenings. Look out for Rendang Itik and Eel (Belut) on separate menus. Other signature mains include Kung Po Fish Fillet, Udang Goreng, and Sayur Hijau Tumis Bawang Putih.
Outstanding among the live-action stalls are the grill station with a whole grilled lamb and chicken, steamboat counter, plus the signature MÙ Hotel Laksa Perak. Meanwhile, the Gerai Kuali Panas serves Keropok Lekor, Jemput-jemput Udang, and Ubi Keledek, expanded from last year’s sole item of Cucur Udang. And of course, there is the essential Bubur Lambuk, alongside nourishing Sup Tulang.
Evidently, a buffet is incomplete if it doesn’t begin with appetisers and salads, wrapping up with desserts, as the meal is washed down with a range of beverages.
“Sajian Madani” is available from now until 6th April 2024 daily (6.30pm – 11pm), except Sundays and Mondays.
