Ipoh City Council Iftar Event & Duit Raya Cheer For MBI Children

In collaboration with the Ipoh City Council Strategic Communications Unit, the Association of Ipoh City Council Senior Officers (PADUAN), the Council’s strategic partner Chang Jiang White Coffee, plus three Lions Clubs: Ipoh Centennial, Kinta Dynamic, and Ipoh Vintage, hosted a meaningful pre-Raya event.

Besides breaking fast over a scrumptious buffet spread at D’Polo Cafe, duit Raya was distributed to 140 children of Ipoh City Council staff members under the B40 income classification, spreading joy and festive cheer among the community.

The duit Raya presentation ceremony was graced by Ipoh City Mayor Y.Bhg. Dato’ Rumaizi bin Baharin@Md Daud. Also in attendance were Council Secretary Tuan Ahmad Munir bin Ishak, Y.Bhg. Cllr. Dato’ Mazlan bin Abd. Rahman (Head of WHIP MBI Councilor), Cllr. Puan Zuraidah binti Zakaria, Ipoh City Council staff and their families.
