This Spring Festival holiday, I “eat full nothing to do” and was browsing the web when I came across some freebies online and decided to put them together to create my first iPhone skin. It’s called “Go Green” based on the theme of the icon set.

I haven’t actually tried this out on my iPhone yet because I am going to upgrade my firmware later this week so there’s no point installing it on my iPhone, you see. So if it doesn’t work as well as it looks on my screen, just leave me a comment but please don’t diss me. LOL

I came across this advertisement in the latest issue of Ipoh Echo and couldn’t stop laughing. Maybe I am cuckoo myself for finding this extremely amusing but for those of you who are not local, KUKU is a local word for PENIS!!

Kuku is actually a Malay word for “nails” as in fingernails and toenails and as you can see from this image this is an advertisement for a spa manicure and pedicure Christmas promotion.

I guess this company tried to be special by “marrying” a Malay word with an English word but ended up sounding exceedingly OBSCENE! In a way, they certainly caught my attention with this advertisement. Perhaps, this is their advertising gimmick?

I know many people are very interested in balloon sculpting and the varied shapes that could be formed from just balloons. Right now, a balloon sculpture company is running balloon sculpting lessons in Kinta City. I don’t remember what is required to qualify for the free lessons. I think it’s shopping above MYR150 or something like that.

I managed to take pictures of the bee and frog despite the crowd. Aren’t they lovely? I could see that lots of work had been put into creating these. You know, I think it’s great to work in a company like this, twisting balloons the whole day and getting paid for it!
