The Salvation Army Ipoh Open Day
Page 1 Page 2
The Salvation Army Children’s Home in Jalan Kampar, Ipoh, was the venue of the Salvation Army Ipoh annual Open Day yesterday. The weather was great to be spent outdoors with the family hunting for good food! Besides food, other activities lined up to support the event included jumble sale and body art painting, provided by Metrin Dermal Physiological Academy.
Frankly, I did not expect to see anything I would want to buy but I ended up buying ten novels from my favourite authors, Dean Koontz and Wilbur Smith. Each novel was sold at RM1 only! No book lover could resist that! I would have gotten more but my haul was getting too heavy for me!
The Malaysian Red Crescent Society Ipoh and Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, meanwhile, organised a blood donation campaign at the same venue. As you can see, the room was quiet. Maybe it was still early in the morning.
Let ms share with you some other shots from The Salvation Army Ipoh Open Day…
