Perak State Local Authorities Exhibition & Carnival 2023

In conjunction with the 35th anniversary of Ipoh City Day and Visit Ipoh Year 2023, all Perak State Local Authorities (PBT) converged at Stadium Indera Mulia Ipoh this past weekend to introduce their respective products and attractions, to fuel the promotion of tourism.

A total of 15 PBTs participated in the exhibition, alongside the Ipoh City Council and Tourism Perak. The event was open to all visitors. The exhibit that caught special attention was the replica of Perak Man from Lenggong.

Children had a good time, too, when they participated in a colouring contest, aimed to instil in them the pride of being Perakians, especially Ipohites. The two-day exhibition-cum-carnival concluded with a vibrant cultural performance, witnessed by Tuan Ahmad Munir bin Ishak, Ipoh City Council Secretary. He was accompanied by Y.Bhg. Clr. Dato’ Mazlan bin Abd. Rahman, Clr. Mr Wong Kar Keat (Head of WHIP MBI), other Councillors, Senior Directors & Head of MBI Departments.
