Featuring a classic 19th & 20th-century Italian design, Palazzo is the brainchild of Datin Irene Lee, co-founder-cum-director of Team Keris Berhad. As the creative force behind the company over the past 31 years, Datin Irene and her team have successfully completed many award-winning development projects, e.g., The Dales, The East Side Boulevard, and Marbella, all in Ipoh, just to name a few. Palazzo is yet another feather to her cap. Her keen eye for detail and bold vision make Palazzo stand out among the other residential development projects.

Complementing its design, what makes Palazzo outstanding is the soft touches to the project without major structural changes while maintaining an affordable price point for buyers. Incorporated into the development is modern technology to accommodate our new lifestyles post-COVID-19, like contactless entry, facial recognition access, in addition to digital head count monitoring system to enhance the living conditions for occupants. Palazzo @ Ipoh Garden East residents are also encouraged to download a dedicated mobile app, which offers up-to-date information on different aspects of the property, for example, the number of users in the clubhouse or gymnasium at any one time.

Interested property purchasers have found making the “buy” decision at Palazzo easier thanks to the showhouse being on-site, PLUS the availability of a drone view at eye level of the exact floor of their intended unit. This is to say, when a potential buyer knows for sure where the property’s location, its surroundings and the view, many worries that property buyers may encounter are eliminated.
