Ipoh’s Snow Carnival & Unveiling of the Iconic Statue of Liberty
It was a snowy, magical night at Ipoh’s new “American section” of Manhattan District during its snow carnival which was organised in conjunction with Christmas, only a week away.
In this season of joy and togetherness, it was a great time for families to enjoy the carnival, filled with lots of entertainment, from the water park games to stage performances, wrapping up with a spectacular fireworks display.
Highlight of the carnival was unveiling and lighting up of the Statue of Liberty, thereby becoming a new icon of Ipoh City. Everyone grabbed the opportunity to photoshoot with the lighted “Grand Old Lady”.
Amidst the revelry, guests were feted to finger food of local delicacies, as they waited for the lucky draws, where generous prizes were given away, courtesy of the host, Miclebina Properties Sdn. Bhd.
The carnival was also organised in conjunction with the launch of Phase 2 of Manhattan District, an integrated mixed development project, located on sixteen acres of prime freehold land in the heart of Jalan Pasir Puteh, Ipoh.
Visitors at the carnival also had the chance to view the show units of properties within the development, which boasts the first water park condominium in the country.

It was a good night of fun and activities for families. The two pools was well patronised by happy children. Felt that the fireworks was a bit disjointed. Instead of one complete firework, there was three separate fireworks when everyone was leaving. Haha.
