Ipoh City Council Dart Team Emerges Victorious
At the recently concluded Kejohanan Sukan Kerajaan Tempatan Malaysia (KSKTM) 2018 sports competition hosted by the Malaysian Association of Local Authorities (MALA), the Ipoh City Council (MBI) dart team was crowned champion, defeating teams represented by local council offices throughout the country.
In addition to this victory, among the various disciplines competed, MBI also won second place in golf for individual category and fourth position in the group category.
MBI put up an all-round solid performance to clinch third place in the overall standing in this year’s KSKTM, which was hosted at Golf and Country Resort in Port Dickson.
The overall champion was Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ), followed by Klang Municipal Council (MPK) as runner-up.
The closing ceremony was by Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar YAB Tuan Aminuddin Harun, witnessed by MALA President YB Dato’ Ar. Yew Tung Seang.
