Although mothers should be appreciated every day of our lives and even if we do not display affection or show appreciation daily, Mother’s Day is the opportunity for children to redeem ourselves.
On this memorable Mother’s Day, which is observed on May 10 this year, Heritage Hotel Ipoh has made it easier for us to treat our mothers, mother figures and other precious women in our lives to a specially prepared buffet hi-tea.
The delightful spread includes a choice of appetisers, from an assortment of canapé to chicken & mushroom terrine, traditional fruit rojak and more.
Photos of some of the main dishes that I am sharing in this post are fried wantan noodles with prawns and black mushrooms, grilled chicken breast with tomato jam and fried buttered prawns with Nestum cereal.
Besides a wide array of desserts, there will also be five action stalls serving laksa, roti jala with mutton curry, waffle with spread, goreng-goreng (fried) corner and a pasta station.
Well, of course, this is just a selection of what will be made available on that day. In total, diners can expect at least forty different items served!
To commemorate the special day, all mothers will also be presented with a mystery door gift.
This buffet hi-tea from 1pm to 4pm on May 10 at Polo Café (Level 2) of Heritage Hotel Ipoh is priced at RM42 nett per adult and RM30 per child or senior citizen.
