Direct Flights From Ipoh Sultan Azlan Shah Airport

Today’s post serves as an easy reference for travellers from Ipoh who would like to enjoy the convenience of flying directly from the Ipoh airport.

The aviation industry here is definitely growing and there are four airlines serving this airport. Nevertheless, I feel that the companies are still trying to gain a firmer footing in the market here and adjusting their routes and schedules to meet consumer needs.

Therefore, this post will be updated regularly as and when required.

  1. Please verify the Malindo flights, they have further reduced the flights to JB to only Monday & Friday.

  2. Hi Michael,

    Thank you for your feedback.

I have checked the website of Malindo Air and they do still have flights to Johor Bahru on Wednesday and Sunday, although not weekly.

I tried to call the customer hotline but gave up after waiting for five minutes.

Therefore, verification on my part would only be when I swing by the Ipoh Airport.

Readers have to do their own checking as airlines, particularly those that service a low-load airport like Ipoh, change their schedule regularly to meet the needs of the market.
