Christmas at Impiana – Spreading the Love, Joy & Happiness

Love, joy and happiness were spread by Impiana Hotel Ipoh to young guests from two children’s home in Ipoh, Good Shepherd Home Ipoh and Pertubuhan Kebajikan Harapan Baru, in this season of giving.

These specially invited guests were joined in by twelve other children from marginalised families, at the invitation of co-organisers of this charity event, Crystal Circle.

Besides feasting on a scrumptious buffet lunch specially prepared by Executive Chef Michael Koh and his team, the children were delightfully entertained by the clown as they waited for their choice of balloon sculptures.

The event was made more memorable with the presentation of gifts by Crystal Circle, a group of women volunteers, and Christmas goodies sponsored by the hotel. The presence of Santa Claus and Santarina as well as carollers from SMJK (C) Sam Tet made the event more festive.

Meanwhile, Pertubuhan Kebajikan Harapan Baru, established in 2005, is in Pasir Pinji. Apart from providing a home to 17 underprivileged children from 4 to 19 years old, it also hands out free lunch to the poor, elderly and ill of the community from Mondays to Saturdays.
