Bandar Seri Botani ECO-Park
This park, part of Bandar Seri Botani residential development, is known as ECO-Park.
It welcomes the public for recreational purposes and not only specifically for residents of the area.
Opened since about four years ago, bicycles, cars and other vehicles are no longer allowed into the premises of ECO-Park.
People come to this park as early as 6am as soon as it opens, mainly to exercise or to feed the fishes that live in the lake with food they brought along. Fishing is not allowed.
There is a jogging track around the park, with a length of 1.5km, I have been told.
Bandar Seri Botani ECO-Park is also a good venue for a party, or for pre-wedding photography. Of course, permission has to be requested from the management at least two weeks in advance.
Other facilities available here include a viewing deck, an outdoor gym, gazebo, lotus pond and children’s play area.
This park closes at about 8pm, although the signboard at the entrance says that it will close at 10pm.
If you are planning to make a visit, or for photography, expect to spend at least an hour here!
