Awesome Architecture @ Bukit Kinding Orchards

I chanced upon a property fair last month and there was this display model of a home in Bukit Kinding Orchards, in Tanjung Rambutan. Yes, I think that it’s in Tanjung Rambutan from the location map.

Bukit Kinding is a development project by Bukit Kinding Country Homes Sdn. Bhd. and Sunrise Excelsior Sdn. Bhd. and includes Bukit Kinding Orchards, Bukit Kinding Resort, Bukit Kinding Country Homes and Kinding Parade.

I looked through their brochure but unfortunately, it’s mostly written in Chinese. However, what struck me was that the benefits of buying a Bukit Kinding Orchards home include:

own home design
free exclusive clubhouse membership
low maintenance
easily accessible
environmentally friendly
great value and investment
90% bank loan
free 20 fruit trees
good infrastructure system
strong background

The model I have here is their Jasmine home, I believe. It’s built on a hill. Their promotional material is awful, I have to say, and I could hardly make out the six different home designs. Anyway, these pictures were taken through a plastic encasement so they are not as sharp as I would like them to be.

If you are curious of the prices, these homes are sold from MYR288,000 and come with minimum one acre of land. Remember, you will also get TWENTY free fruit trees. I wonder what fruit trees those will be? Rambutan?

I really like the architecture of this house but I have to say that even if I have the moolah to purchase it, I would not like to live there away from the city. I am all for convenience and would rather be in closer proximity to places that I visit often. However, if it’s free ………
