Art for Awareness: Creative Arts Workshop
Ipohites who are interested to get in touch with their inner artist may do so in a new series of workshops hosted by Lahat Road YMCA at their current premises, 15 Clarke Street along Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil.
In collaboration with Art for Awareness, these workshops are facilitated by Alice Ng through a relaxing session of listening to music, drawing, painting, mosaic-making and using art in prayer (YMCA is an international Christian organisation).
These hour-long workshops are suitable for people of all ages, from 6 years and above. No art experience is required. Best of all, all art tools and materials are provided for participants, so just bring yourself.

Fees for these workshops are: RM88 for 1 session, RM242 for 3 and RM473 for 6. Do take note that payment is to be fully made during registration, before workshop begins and there shall be no refund for workshops that are not fully participated.
By the way, the inaugural workshop starts on 8th August, on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Workshop size is from minimum 2 persons to maximum 20 pax.
For more information, log on to Lahat Road YMCA website: www.ymca-lahatroad.org or call Lily Goh at +60111-6855775.
For non-Muslims only.
