Announcement: Kathina Pinkama 2017 @ Wat Trum Jit Tavipassana
The three-month seclusion of monks for the raining season ends with the ceremony of giving “Kathina Robes” to the sangha community.
This is an important merit-making event of great social and religious significance for the Buddhist laity.
The following is the schedule of the event:
Date: 14th October, 2017 (Saturday)

8pm – devotion
Date: 15th October, 2017 (Sunday)
Time:
10am – offering of food for Bhikkhu
12pm – light refreshment
1pm – offering of robe for Bhikkhu
*for non-Muslims only
To participate in this robe sponsorship, kindly drop by the temple before 13th October, 2017.
