Impiana Hotel Ipoh’s signature cucur udang (prawn fritters) is being reintroduced with an improved recipe – served with its homemade sweet chilli sauce. It is more delicious, crispier and more aromatic. With the crust fried to a golden brown yet its soft texture maintained on the inside, the combination of fresh shrimps and crunchy onions make every bite burst with flavours.
