Birthday boy, Chai Liang Sun, who works in a bank, has known his bride, Toh Kwan Yee for four years but only dated her this past year. When asked the reason for choosing to marry on Valentine’s Day, he said it’s the best day to get married, and there’s no better time to do some charity through Chin Woo Ipoh.
