Upper East @ Tiger Lane 2015 Chinese New Year Carnival
It was a day of fun and laughter at the sales gallery of Upper East @ Tiger Lane on the second day of the Lunar New Year.
For 12 full hours, guests, their family and friends streamed through the gates to participate in a host of activities that were especially lined up for them on this special occasion.
Complimentary consultations were given in numerology reading, Bazi calculation and physiognomy by respective masters of their field, besides caricature drawing and free spins at the Wheel of Fortune where children got a shot at winning attractive prizes.
Later in the evening, a 3-piece live band and classical instrumental group entertained guests. Their performances interspersed with those by a world champion acrobatic lion and LED lion/dragon dance troupe.
Adding a festive air to the event was the presence of the God of Prosperity who continuously gave out special angpows, amidst a free flow of tau fu fah, soy milk and ice cream.
Adding a twist to the outright distribution of angpows, guests also entered into a lucky draw, where twenty visitors were eligible to pick an angpow from the Golden Money Tree.
These angpows were enclosed with a minimum of RM50 while the biggest red packet, only one, with RM1,000, was unfortunately, left unselected.
Sharing the latest news, Dato’ Sri Dr Vincent Tiew, Managing Director of Andaman Group, said that they have reached sales of 65%, with 95% of the buyers from Perak, mainly Ipoh.
Priced at 20% below market price, currently at RM400 – RM500 per sq. ft., Upper East @ Tiger Lane is a good buy because of its margin for price appreciation.
The development, which boasts the largest private swimming pool, will also have two acres of landscaped area for recreational purposes of its residents.
The evening ended with a bang, literally, with a 15-minute mega display of fireworks, to the delight of guests.
