Announcement: Perak’s Largest 3-in-1 Exposition
Perak’s largest family-oriented 3-in-1 exposition will get underway on August 6 until 9 for a total of four days at Stadium Indera Mulia, Ipoh.
A combination of Perak IT Fair, Perak Homex and the latest attraction of a Dinosaur Sculpture Art Exhibition makes this fair a must-visit for the entire family!
In Hall A will be Perak IT Fair organised by Perak Computer & Digital Association (PCDA) which will see more than forty vendors taking up almost a hundred booths.
This 15th edition of Perak’s largest and most anticipated computer and digital fair will feature specially priced items at limited quantities on the first day of the fair (Thursday, Aug 6), free virus scanning (for notebooks, Android smart phones and tablets), Happy Hour deals, free RM5 discount vouchers, Wheel of Fortune and Lucky Draws.
I can’t wait for it to arrive as I am in need of a new external hard disk!
Jointly held at the same venue during this period in Hall B is Perak Homex by Perak Furniture Makers & Dealers’ Association.
In conjunction with the association’s 42nd anniversary this month, shoppers at this 6th edition of Perak Homex will be offered amazing deals on all items sold as a gesture of appreciation by members of the association. There are 180 exhibitors from 350 booths.
As usual, for every RM500 paid on purchases, shoppers can participate in a lucky draw where RM40,000 worth of prizes are up for grabs, including a grand prize of RM4,888 cash!
Other prizes to be won are motorcycles, mountain bikes, household electrical appliances and home furniture! Those who make purchases of RM2,500 and RM5,000 will receive food warming containers, making them instant winners.
In addition to shopping for furniture and home furnishings, many activities have been lined up, from children’s colouring contest to feng shui talk.
Renowned feng shui master Professor Chow Siew Yee from the Fan Yang Institute of Fortune Telling & Geomancy will present a special talk on the effects of numerology influencing our lives. This is a golden opportunity to learn about ways to enhance our life’s fortune. This talk is scheduled for Sunday, August 9, 2015, at 3pm.
Also at Stadium Indera Mulia over these four days is the Dinosaur Sculpture Art Exhibition, making its first ever appearance in the state. The jungle-themed environment will feature life-sized as well as miniature replica dinosaurs, a great chance for visitors to learn all about the extinct animal.
This educational exhibition will benefit children when they participate in a host of games and activities that are related to the dinosaur. Photography with the replica dinosaurs is encouraged.
Entrance fees for the Dinosaur Sculpture Art Exhibition are RM4 (child) and RM8 (adult) or RM20 (for a family of two adults and two children).
Admission to Perak I.T. Fair and Perak Homex is free-of-charge.
This 3-in-1 special joint exposition is expected to draw a crowd of 80,000 over four days. I’m definitely checking them out. What about you?
