Available from 20th February until 19th March 2026, the buffet is a celebration of culinary heritage, offering guests the chance to reconnect with traditional Malay and Nusantara dishes in a spacious, welcoming setting.


A Menu Rooted in Memory and Heritage
The inspiration behind “Pusaka Rasa Warisan” lies in recipes passed down through generations, dishes often prepared at home during Ramadan, now brought together under one roof. Helmed by Executive Chef Muhammad Fariz Abdul Lateh and his seasoned halal-certified culinary team, the buffet features over 120 dishes served daily, with rotating menus.



The selection focuses on slow-cooked meats, fragrant curries, herb-infused roasts and comforting vegetable dishes, each prepared with care to preserve authenticity. Rather than chasing trends, the menu stays true to its roots, delivering flavours that are familiar and deeply satisfying.






From Kampung Warung to Hotel Table
Adding to the charm are the live cooking stations inspired by traditional warung stalls, where hot dishes are prepared on the spot. Guests can enjoy freshly cooked rice dishes, rich gravies, local noodle favourites and a variety of crispy fritters, all served straight from the wok or grill.



These stations bring energy to the buffet line while recreating the warm, bustling atmosphere of village Ramadan bazaars, minus the crowds.


Meanwhile, dessert lovers will find comfort in the spread of traditional kuih-muih and classic manisan, featuring well-loved recipes made with coconut milk, palm sugar and fermented rice. Light yet flavourful, these sweet treats provide a fitting end to a satisfying iftar, echoing the tastes many remember from childhood Ramadan evenings.


Evenings Made Livelier with Live Acoustic Music
To complement the dining experience, guests are treated to live acoustic and busker performances throughout the evening. The music adds a gentle festive rhythm to the night, creating an atmosphere that feels relaxed and unhurried, perfect for lingering conversations after breaking fast.

This buffet is hosted at the Casuarina Convention Centre, a venue known for its spacious layout and orderly flow. With the capability to accommodate up to 1,000 diners at any one time, it is well suited for family gatherings, corporate iftar events and group reunions.
