Pi Hotel Ipoh
What used to be Tune Hotel Ipoh for two years is now known as Pi Hotel Ipoh, with a new proprietor and management team, since some two months ago.
If one doesn’t notice the difference, he is not at fault because on the surface, apart from its new name, nothing much has changed.
True, red was the primary colour during the days of Tune Hotel Ipoh, whereas it is white now, but other than that, everything seemed the same at a cursory glance.
A major upgrade would be the new second floor, with an added category of rooms. I was informed that this floor used to be closed.
Guests who are not particular about the hotel brand they are supporting, this is a good location in town with easy access to public transportation.
Standard rooms are selling at about RM80 a night, off-peak.
