Since 18th Dec, 2016, an empty plot of land in Bandar Baru Sri Klebang (BBSK) has been turned into a magical field of lights nightly, from 8pm until 11pm. This fantastic scene will go on for fifteen nights, wrapping up on 1st Jan, 2017.

This initiative is by Kinta Properties Holdings Sdn Bhd, the developer of BBSK, to celebrate fifteen years of its development since year 2001. So, that’s one evening of lights to mark each year of the changing landscape of BBSK.

The more than 400 frosted lights of different shapes and sizes represent the diverse communities that continue to bring sparkle to this garden township, once an unused rubber plantation.

This event is free for all. It is especially vibrant during the weekends, where there are musical performances, food trucks and Christmas bazaars.

    The Field of Lights has closed but will reopen from 23rd Jan to 12th Feb, this time with Chinese New Year decorations.
