Express Bus: Ipoh – KLIA – KLIA2
This post has been updated on Jan 15, 2014, with new bus times from Terminal Amanjaya, replacing Medan Gopeng Bus Terminal, and from Bercham.
A little while ago, a reader asked me for information about express buses from LCCT to Ipoh. I found the information for him and decided it’s better to share it on my blog for the benefit of everyone.
From Terminal Amanjaya -> Bercham -> KLIA -> LCCT
1) 1am – 1.30am – 5am – 5.30am
2) 2.30am – 3am – 6.30am – 7am
3) 4.30am – 5am – 8.30am – 9am
4) 7.30am – 8am – 11.30am – 12noon
5) 9.30am – 10am – 1.30pm – 2pm
6) 1.30pm – 2pm – 5.30pm – 6pm
7) 5pm – 5.30pm – 9pm – 9.30pm
8) 9pm – 9.30pm – 1am – 1.30am
9) 11.30pm – 11.55pm – 3.30am – 4am
There is one express bus service by Star Shuttle, plying Terminal Amanjaya – Bercham – KLIA – LCCT. Bercham is where the office of Star Shuttle is located while Terminal Amanjaya is Ipoh’s new express bus terminal.
From LCCT -> KLIA -> Terminal Amanjaya -> Bercham
1) 8.30am – 9am – 12noon – 12.30pm
2) 10am – 10.30am – 1pm – 1.30pm
3) 11.45am – 12.15pm – 3.15pm – 3.45pm
4) 2pm – 2.30pm – 5.30pm – 6pm
5) 4pm – 4.30pm – 7.30pm – 8pm
6) 6pm – 6.30pm – 9.30pm – 10pm
7) 9pm – 9.30pm – 12.30am – 1am
8) 11pm – 11.30pm – 2.30am – 3am
9) 2am – 2.30am – 5.30am – 6am
Above are two bus timetables, one with departure times starting from Terminal Amanjaya, Ipoh and the other with departure times starting from LCCT.
Fare is RM42 one way, RM75 return. Happy travelling!

besides star shuttle, YoYo bus also travel the same route. their office also at Bercham. If i’m not mistaken YoYo bus fare is higher about few ringgit compare with star shuttle. But I prefer YoYo as their service are better.

Thanks for sharing, its was usefull. Btw, Yoyo is not my first choice because their service was too bad i never been meet… I saw them treat the foreigner passengers damn bad, some more have extra charges for luggage.
I need a bus ticket from LCCT on 8th Feb, time 2pm to IPOH.
My flight from BKK ..AK1941 arrive LCCT at 12.40pm

Kindly confirm with Star Shuttle if they are still allowed to stop elsewhere other than Terminal Amanjaya.
