Announcement: PSPA Festive Extravaganza
Come one, come all! The Perak Society of Performing Arts (PSPA) invites you to join them in a celebration of the arts during Ipoh Car-Free Day, on 23rd December, 2018 (Sunday), from 7.30am ’til 9.30am.
The venue is along Jalan Raja Dihilir, stretching from the Jalan Raja Dihilir roundabout to Heritage Hotel junction.
PSPA is a non-profit organisation established in 1996, with the objective to encourage and develop greater knowledge and understanding of the arts in the state.
During this festive season of Christmas and New Year, PSPA aims to create awareness on the vibrant performing arts culture in Perak.
Therefore, their two-hour event during this upcoming Ipoh Car-Free Day is a showcase of the rich, diverse and multi-ethnic performing arts via dances, music, singing, mascots, etc.
Additionally, corporations and non-governmental organisations have been invited to set up booths along the road, according to themes. Their participation surely enlivens the festive occasion!
Thus, everyone is invited to join in this exciting community event. For your information, there is a Festive Costume Contest open to the public, for age groups of 12 years old & below, and above 12 years of age.
To participate, fill up an entry form at the PSPA booth on event day between 7.30am ’til 8.30am.
