That’s ‘Hello’ in Korean to the Samyeang Superstars, newly introduced by Domino’s Pizza!
Inspired by Hallyu (Korean Wave), the Samyeang Superstars feature three varieties of pizzas: Samyeang Beef, Samyeang Chicken and Samyeang Tuna. Joining them on stage is the “Ayam-Haseyo Chicken Wings”. Kpop has indeed taken Domino’s Pizza by storm with this boy band and a female guest star.
What makes these Samyeang Superstars unique is the Samyeang Sauce, the very own creation of Domino’s Pizza which we cannot find anywhere else. It’s spicy to say the least but the degree of spiciness varies accordingly, with beef being the spiciest and tuna has the least fiery kick.
It goes without saying that no matter what level of tolerance one has for the Samyeang hot sauce, he or she can still enjoy the pizza!
These Samyeang pizzas feature the New York crust with Samyeang sauce as base. As for the Ayam-Haseyo Chicken Wings, they are also prepared with a generous coating of Samyeang sauce, peppered with sesame seeds.
How does one describe the taste of the Samyeang sauce? It is a perfect blend of sweetness and spiciness, with a tingling sensation that goes down from one’s tongue to throat right to the gut. Sounds tormenting but you unwittingly crave for more of these savoury Samyeang Superstars with each bite. You have been forewarned!
Samyeang Superstars were first introduced at Domino’s Pizza restaurants across the country on 23rd Feb, 2018. They are available for a limited time only until 14th May, 2018.
