It’s merely a month to Chinese New Year and this is the time that we frantically check around where to host our CNY reunion dinner. It’s an occasion to feast together, as though we need a reason for food!

From now until 28th Feb, 2018, The Haven Gourmet Poon Choi Set is available to you at only RM1,188+* (good for 8 – 10 pax) or RM688+* (4 – 5 pax). You can dine on this set for either lunch or dinner, or both.

For your information, Poon Choi (in Cantonese) is a traditional luscious one-pot Chinese dish, or Big Bowl Feast; a special meal where all dishes are served in just one large casserole (or platter).

It is believed that the original Poon Choi contained so many premium ingredients and of such exquisite flavours that this ‘banquet in a basin’ was even fit for an emperor.

The ingredients that are included in The Haven’s Gourmet Poon Choi are prawns, scallops, squid, chicken, duck, mushroom, kailan, broccoli and abalone. There are more, obviously. In line with the standard set by The Haven, these specially selected array of fresh ingredients are prepared without preservatives, monosodium glutamate (MSG) or artificial additives.
