Santai Weekend Dim Sum Halal
Indulging in a weekend breakfast of dim sum is the food culture of the Cantonese community.
This indulgence has spread to the Malay Muslim community, who has found a new appreciation for dim sum. The literal translation of “dim sum” is “dot heart” but what it actually means is “to order anything that your heart desires”.
And this is exactly what we can do also at The Lodge @ Travelodge Ipoh, offering a new Halal dim sum option for Ipohites and visitors alike. Available only on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am until 3pm, eat to your heart’s content, choosing from the wide variety of dim sum selections.
Dim sum not filling enough even after many trays? May we suggest the chef’s recommendation of Char Kuey Teow from the à la carte menu? Look at the generous portions of prawns. Of course, there are other items on the menu but we were full already from the dim sum, so you will have to find out the other à la carte options by yourself.
