The highlight of the heART of Perak is a gigantic mural in Ipoh City, at a yet-to-be-identified location, but highly likely at Lorong Seni @ Lorong Panglima. The topic for the mural is “Ipoh Cemerlang” and will be drawn collaboratively by members of the Perak Artists Association.
