Delegates from Chin Woo associations from Malaysia and overseas will converge here in Ipoh from 7th to 12th August for the carnival. Besides the many meetings that delegates have to attend, a slew of competitions have been lined up.

They include dragon and lion dance, drawing and calligraphy, and also wushu competition. These competitions will be very interesting to watch and I believe we can expect a high standard in the various competitions amongst participants from Chin Woo associations around the world, including from China, Hong Kong, USA, England, Switzerland, Australia, Singapore and Thailand.

The following is the tentative programme of the competitions that will be held at Stadium Indera Mulia, Ipoh, Perak. The public is welcome to watch. Admission is free-of-charge.
