Perak’s Green Tourist Destinations
While clearing my room, I came across this 2012 tourism poster that I had wanted to scan and share for a long time but never found the time to do it. Oh well, so here it is – better late than never!

This poster presents popular “green” destinations that best portray Perak’s nature and heritage, with a focus on Gopeng parliamentary constituency.
I admit that even though I am from Ipoh, there are still many of these landmarks that I still have yet to visit. Therefore, this poster is also for my own reference. I hope that one day, I will complete all these spots!

Amazing…this comes in superhandy when looking for interesting places to visit in Perak….
Thanks for sharing the poster. I can plan my greenery trip to Perak soon.
I”ll make sure I visit here when I’m at Perak again hehe! No travel after to Japan XD
Thanks for sharing and very helpful while planning and visiting the places.
Have been to Gopeng before, but based on your poster, looks like I have many more places to visit haha. I had plenty of fun at Gua Tempurung and Kellie’s Castle! 🙂
I myself born and raise at Klang Valley but there are so many place I’ve not know about it lol. Would love to go to those nature place in Perak!
like they always say, better late than never.. 3 years, not too long 😛
thanks for sharing anyway, and I’m surprised most of the landmarks there are still so relevant. Goes to show good things last forever, hopefully no idiots go destroy those lush greeneries.
Saved your picture in my travel folder, would like to explore these places too one day 🙂
Wow… So many places to go exploring! Thanks for the info. Our country is really very beautiful~
yea i think Perak is a place worth to explore for local and oversea tourists. people should check out our natural offerings rather than just shopping ya.
I didn’t know Gopeng now so developed. I am there every year for relative visiting but never been to those places.
nice. guess there is now a list of where to travel for some healthy activities. 😀
yeah… time to explore our own country more. I see lot’s of great scenery.
