MR D.I.Y. Brings Back “Bersama Satu Bazaar” to Celebrate Merdeka 2025

MR D.I.Y., Malaysia’s largest home improvement retailer, is once again hosting its popular “Bersama Satu Bazaar”, happening from 29th August to 1st September 2025 at the Sunway Pyramid Open Car Park. This four-day event is back for its second edition, promising an exciting blend of food, shopping, and entertainment in the spirit of Malaysia’s 68th Merdeka Day.

The bazaar’s theme, “Bersama Satu Bazaar” (Together as One), reflects the essence of Merdeka by bringing Malaysians from all walks of life together to celebrate. With over 100 booths in five zones, visitors can explore everything from mouth-watering food to lifestyle finds, alongside engaging activities for both young and old.

Feast on Local Favourites and Popular Brands

Food is always at the heart of a great celebration, and this year’s bazaar does not disappoint. Visitors can savour Malaysian staples such as roti canai, nasi lemak, laksa, burgers, and noodles, or indulge in desserts and refreshing beverages. Popular names like Coca-Cola, Tealive, ZUS Coffee, and Oriental Kopi are part of the line-up, ensuring no one goes home hungry.

Besides food, the bazaar offers a wide range of shopping opportunities, featuring a diverse selection of handmade crafts, fashion, stationery, cosmetics, and accessories. Families will be especially thrilled with the many activities available, including:

True to its homegrown roots, MR D.I.Y. is using this event as a platform to support local vendors, performers, and small businesses. Visitors have the chance to discover MR D.I.Y. Group’s own brands – MR. D.I.Y., MR. TOY, and MR. DOLLAR.

Our first bazaar was such a success, and we’re excited to welcome even more visitors this year at a new venue.”

Visitors who take part in the Bazaar Passport Challenge will walk away with a free tote bag, available daily while stocks last. To make things even more exciting, a lucky draw with prizes worth up to RM8,000 will also be held throughout the event.
