Learning From COVID-19: What Does Mental Health at Work Look Like in 2021?

The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England webinar programme looks to explore a range of issues affecting mental health in the workplace. In this episode, they will consider how workplace culture has been impacted by the events of this year. Reflecting on the good, the bad and the ugly of 2020, they will discuss the priorities for workplace wellbeing in 2021.

They will explore how workplace culture must now extend beyond the traditional version of a physical workplace. They will examine some of the catalysts for driving long-term cultural change, including mental health and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, race equity, and bringing our whole self to work.

Through the expertise of their panel, they hope to provoke conversation and thinking on how to keep wellbeing central to the workplace while organisations struggle with balancing the books, remote working and productivity concerns. The session will provide advice for HR departments, leaders and managers looking to focus on mental health in the new year.
