Ipoh Parade Property Fair

The ten-day property fair in Ipoh Parade wraps up at 10pm today. I went to check out this fair a few days ago even though I was not looking to invest in property.

Some of the Ipoh property developments offered included Upper East, The Majestic, Tin City, Tasek Indra, Glamour Tower, Clearwater Lakeside, Vivo Square, D-Festivo Residences and SkyGarden. Those outside of Ipoh are Golden Hills Cameron Highlands, Selayang Star City, SkyVille8 @ Benteng, Avenue D’Vogue, Centre Stage and Icon City Residenz 2.

I noticed that although this property fair is of a modest scale, with at most 30 exhibitors, nevertheless, a good mixture of property types are offered and there are some pretty good deals around.

Sales personnel shared with me the discounts that buyers could enjoy if they were to purchase a property during this fair. I didn’t pay much attention to these savings because I am not planning to buy, but if you are keen to own another property, this is a good opportunity to check out as some of these developments are new and have not been offered in previous property fairs, at least not in Ipoh.
