Iftar @ Symphony: Five Scrumptious Daily Menus to Break Fast
While the holy month of Ramadan is a time of abstinence and reflection, it is also one for togetherness, giving the opportunity for loved ones to sit down for a meal at the end of the long fast. Therefore, Symphony Suites Hotel has prepared five extensive menus for guests to break fast, available on a daily rotational basis.
Each menu begins with Appetisers, followed by Soup & Bubur, Mains, and wraps up with Desserts. Meanwhile, there are Live Action Stalls such as Grill Corner, Goreng-Goreng, and a DIY Noodles Counter. Then, of course, there is a good variety of beverages to wash the meal down.
Let’s not forget to bring attention to the specially prepared Daging Salai Harimau Menangis and Sup Tulang Merah which are available daily. Also on all five menus are items from the Grill Corner: Kambing Golek Symphony, Kepak Ayam Madu, and Ikan Bakar Air Asam.
This means that while we can feast on the sumptuous signature items no matter when we dine at Symphony Suites Hotel, even if breaking fast daily at this hotel, we won’t be bored as the mains and other sections of the menus are changed from one day to another.
