Father’s Day BBQ Buffet Dinner @ Symphony Café

Father’s Day, celebrated in Malaysia on the third Sunday of June, is still more than a month away. However, for those who are already planning to fete the greatest man in their lives, do take note that Symphony Café at Symphony Suites Hotel will be having a special BBQ buffet dinner on June 15.

Besides feasting on an international buffet spread with your loved ones on Father’s Day, be tantalised by the delicious BBQ roasted whole lamb with mint sauce brought to you by the chefs of Symphony Café.

These photos I am sharing with you today are only part of the selection of buffet dinner that will be served. Starters are Assorted Mixed Greens, Coleslaw, Kerabu Mangga, Hawaiian Chicken Salad, Kerabu Pucuk Paku, and Kerabu Kacang Botol. Soup will be Cream of Mushroom Soup with Bread & Butter.

As for main courses, they include Fried Mee Goreng Mamak, Ayam Masak Merah, Stir Fried Beef with Ginger Spring Onion, Pan Grilled Fish Fillet with Lemon Butter Sauce, Crispy Bean Curd with Minced Chicken and Stir-fried Mixed Green Salad.

Roti Jala with Mutton Curry will be served from the live action stall. As for desserts, an assortment of mixed fruits, pastries and puddings are available.

Dinner hours are from 7pm to 10pm. Price per adult is RM55 nett. For every five paying guests, the sixth person gets to dine for free. Children below 12 years of age enjoy a 20% discount. Call Symphony Suites Hotel now at 05-3122288 to make a reservation.
