BJS Ipoh Speed Fest 2014

Bringing together petrolheads and car enthusiasts from all over the country, BJS Ipoh Speed Fest 2014 is burning up the tarmac at Casuarina@Meru this weekend.

These three days will see the meeting of supercars and superbikes, plus customised cars, motorcycles and even bicycles.

Brought to us by Blue Jacket Society, Art of Speed and superbiker clubs, visitors to the venue will be in awe of the range of different rides on display, many of which we don’t normally see on the roads here.

A host of activities have been lined up for visitors including Photography Clinic & Contest, Selfie Contest, Classic Car Exhibition (Art of Speed), Joyride, Tarmac Rally, Live Performance, Blood Donation Campaign, Bikers Grand Convoy and Kids Contest.

However, dropping by this morning to check out the event, there wasn’t much going on. Maybe it was just poor timing.

Last weekend, the BISF2014 Squad heavily promoted this event by making stops at various locations throughout Perak. There were prizes to be won as well.

I expect the crowd to be bigger tomorrow, being Sunday, and there should be more action as well.

I may be heading that way again tomorrow as it promises to be more exciting. What about you?
