Andaman Group has done it again – bringing excitement to the lacklustre property market! How about getting the chance to purchase a beautiful residential property for only RM1? If this sounds good, and of course it does (the only thing better than this is if it was FREE!), then you must participate in the Andaman GRAB House @ RM1 campaign which ends on 31st December, 2016.
Participation is absolutely free and there is no hidden fees imposed. Entry is open to all Malaysians at least 18 years of age.
What do you need to do??? Download the mobile app Wonderlist. Follow the instructions stipulated, such as giving a Like to a particular Facebook page, then enter a lucky number ranged from 1 to 99,999.
Participants can submit as many entries as possible as long as there are required points in his or her account. Each point allows one entry. So, how does one earn points? Aha… by sharing the Andaman GRAB House @ RM1 campaign on Facebook. That would earn you ten points per share.
At the end of the campaign period, participants who have entered the numbers that match those pre-determined by the organiser will be notified to attend the grand lucky draw final which will take place in January 2017.
The grand lucky draw winner is entitled to walk away with a unit of his or her dream home of ARC @ Austin Hills, Johor Bahru at the price of RM1 only. This unit is a 650 sq. ft. 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom freehold serviced apartment worth RM302,500 plus 2 carpark lots. The project is in a prime location adjoining Austin Heights Golf & Hotel Resort. It is merely 17 minutes drive from CIQ. The project is scheduled to complete in the second half of 2019.
According to Andaman Managing Director Dato’ Sri Dr. Vincent Tiew, Andaman will also be giving out 10 units of Ice Watch monthly, worth RM379 each to random entrants who had shared about the campaign to encourage and reward them throughout the 5-month campaign period. Winners will be announced via http://www.fb.com/datovincenttiew
