2012 Perak Deepavali Open House
Happy Deepavali, everyone! Hope you spent your day well. As for me, I did the Deepavali open house round. Yesterday, I was at the official residence of the Perak Chief Minister to attend the Perak state-level Deepavali open house.
This Deepavali open house isn’t much different from the previous ones; we had plenty of food and entertainment. However, being a working day, the crowd was sparse. This year, it was graced by DYTM Raja Puan Besar Perak Tuanku Zara Salim the Crown Princess of Perak and her royal entourage.
Kids from children’s home in and around Ipoh as well as children who attended the open house were presented with an “ang pow” each to celebrate the occasion.
