Wah, how time flies! It’s another Chinese New Year. I don’t have the “feel” for Chinese New Year, though. Has not had it for quite a long while now since the only reason I liked Chinese New Year before was the trips to KL or Penang and the angpows, of course. But the trips ended and the angpows stopped coming. Hey, I am still eligible, you know? In fact, I think that the older we are, the bigger the angpows should be, right?

Anyway, while I continue to work my butt off, a neighbour of mine has already set up her mahjong table and has invited friends over to play already! So early! So fast! So damn free!!!

Well, whether I look forward to Chinese New Year or not, it will come, again and again and again LOL

Well, I’ve been missing for quite a while because my internet was down and it was difficult to blog even with my 3G line so this blog is always at the bottom of my priorities. And then when my broadband was repaired, my computer was down for two days and I had to get it format and restored all my programmes before I could update my blogs.

Just when I had the mood to post, I could not access this blog a couple of days ago. I don’t know why but it happens all the time even though the server was not down. My host said that somehow, we should blame it on Streamyx. Eh… it is only with this site that I can’t access with Streamyx. Oh, well….

I chanced upon this great article, titled 25 Steps to Launching Your Blog and Making $100+ A Month in 30 Days, this morning. See, I am so damn free now I even have time to research on blogging. After reading the article though, I realized that I have done most the 25 points as advised by Upstart Blogger except for networking. I know, I know I need to network! BADLY!

The thing is, I am trying not to place advertisements in any form on my blog. This is my beloved blog that carries my name and I would like to keep it totally ad-free for as long as possible.

My blog is over four months old now and I didn’t even earn US$1, let alone earn US$100 in thirty days. I feel like a total failure now. SIGH! Do you have any idea how not to place advertisements and yet earn money? Ah… I think it’s time to dig the NewsRoom before my hosting bill arrives.
