A Walk Down ‘Memory Lane’

Memory Lane is a Sunday morning “market” that occupies Jalan Horley and Jalan Lim Bo Seng. Due to the sheer number of traders, some spill over to adjacent side roads. This morning market, more like a junk market (pasar karat), has about four entrances/exits. Business starts picking up from 7am until noon. The entire area is cordoned off during this time so vehicles are not allowed to enter.
I visit Memory Lane now and then because I like looking at the many things that are put on sale. These are mostly preloved items, some are antiques; while some just bring back childhood memories. There are vintage bags, old model cameras, model cars and other vehicles, just to name a few.
In today’s post, I am sharing some photos with you that I took during my past few visits to Memory Lane. What you see here may no longer be available for sale! Nonetheless, enjoy!
