If you are not afraid of heights, you should visit The Shore Sky Tower if you ever find yourself in Melaka. Opened in July 2015, this is the city’s tallest building, boasting an observatory deck on the 43rd floor where you can experience a somewhat breathtaking panoramic view of the city.

Having checked out the Skybox at KL Tower which stands 421 metres above sea level, I wasn’t as excited about this elevation of 163 metres above street level. Still, I enjoyed myself playing the game of identifying buildings in the historic city via an aerial view.

  1. Am not afraid of heights, but if you will let me stand on that glass platform and I look down… i think I might peed a little, lol

    This is cool!

  2. Wow love this new spot in Melaka. I am definitely visiting when I head up to Melaka. Though it isn’t as high as the tower in KL it is very high for the area of Melaka cos the buildings there are generally lower. Great view from up there
