Ipohites who were not directly involved in the Merdeka Parade knew to stay away from Jalan Panglima Bukit Gantang Wahab, Ipoh Padang, KTM Railway Station and their surrounding areas on the morning of Independence Day, August 31st. Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh (Ipoh City Council), celebrated four special occasions simultaneously this afternoon at Stadium Indera Mulia, Ipoh, Perak.
